Who we are

Orbit Soc.Cons. a.r.l. Benefit Society is the trading and service company of the Growers’ Organizations Lagnasco Group and Ortofruit Italia which bring together more than 360 growers from Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Calabria and Apulia.

The group sells more than 35 conventional and organic references, fresh or processed under different brands, ranging from fruits (apples, peaches, pears, kiwis, plums, apricots) to the small fruit segment (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, black currants, baby kiwis, strawberry grapes) to vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.), which are preserved, sorted and packaged in 7 warehouses nationwide. Completing the range are products imported by partner companies ranging from Greece, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, South Africa, Mexico, to Argentina for the marketing of counter-season products or products not produced domestically. In addition to conducting business, Orbita SB provides a range of services for the group’s companies and its members, ranging from technical/agronomic assistance in the field, experimentation with new cultivars and cultural techniques, provision of quality-related services, technical administrative services, and supply of plant protection products, fertilizers, and nursery materials.
